Adventure Based Mentor Supports

Empowering Young Lives Through Mentorship & Growth

Thrive Youth Services empowers young people through a person-centred, trauma-informed approach that builds independence, confidence, and real-life skills. Through NDIS funding and programs supported by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), we provide mentorship, outdoor education, and culturally responsive experiences where disengaged and neurodiverse individuals reconnect, grow, and thrive.

We Help Clients Thrive, Not Just Survive

Real Support, Real Growth, Real Life Outcomes

Thrive Youth Services delivers mentorship, independence, and real-life skills through a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, ensuring every individual receives the right support to achieve personal growth and self-reliance. In partnership with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), we support young people navigating adversity, instability, and disengagement from traditional services, including those in out-of-home care, facing barriers to mainstream clinical or community-based support, and NDIS-funded environments.

Our dedicated team simplifies the support process, providing a seamless journey that prioritises inclusion, respect, and empowerment.

Whether through outdoor education, capacity-building programmes, or adventure-based activities such as 4WD, kayaking, mountain biking, bushcraft, campfire cooking, and plant identification, we are committed to fostering confidence, connection, and independence. These nature-based skill-building experiences not only enhance practical abilities but also deepen participants’ connection to the environment.

Meet Our Founder

A Vision for Change and Meaningful Support

Parker saw a critical gap in services that provided real, lasting outcomes for young people. Determined to make a difference, he founded Thrive Youth Services to empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.

With formal qualifications in outdoor leadership education and mental health practice, as well as a Wilderness First Aid certification, Parker brings professional expertise and a deep passion for outdoor education. His personal journey with mountain biking helped him navigate challenges, build resilience, and understand the transformative power of the outdoors on mental well-being.

Recognising the lack of validation and meaningful support for young people facing adversity, Parker committed to creating a service that fosters real growth, mentorship, and connection. His vision is to equip young people with the confidence, skills, and support they need to take control of their futures and achieve real-life success.
